  • First Lady Toi Heim

Toi is the First Lady of Greater Immanuel Church, a woman of unwavering faith whose life reflects a deep love for God and His people. A devoted mother of two and proud grandmother of six, she treasures family as one of the Lord’s greatest blessings. Serving faithfully alongside her husband in ministry, Toi leads with grace, compassion, and a sincere desire to see lives transformed through the power of Christ. She carries a special burden for women, helping them heal, grow, and step boldly into the identity and purpose God has designed for them.

With a heart for restoration and encouragement, Toi is passionate about creating spaces where women feel seen, strengthened, and empowered to rise. She finds joy in watching women move forward, renewed in faith, confident in their calling, and reminded that God is still at work and their story is not finished.

  • Elder Shené J. Richards, MBA

Shené, a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, was introduced to Christ by her father, the late Pastor Shelby R. Richards, and accepted Him at age 10. From an early age, she felt a pull to pour into others, whether at school, at work, or in ministry. In 2023, she accepted her call into ministry and was ordained as an Elder in 2026. Shené now serves as an Elder at Greater Immanuel Church in Rancho Cordova. As CEO of Shelby’s Way, a nonprofit that provides free groceries, and as the founder of Riding the Waves with Jesus LLC and the Worthy Project, she uplifts women to heal, trust, and grow. Her coaching centers on vulnerability with Jesus, rebuilding trust, and anchoring identity in worthiness and God’s love.

An avid reader, teacher, mentor, life-long learner, and author of “It Always Hurts,” she continually grows. Shené serves with humility, knowing a servant’s heart brings true impact in God’s Kingdom.
