Sanctify — Set Apart for God’s Glory
To be sanctified means more than being cleansed; it means being chosen, purified, and set apart for holy purpose.
“For you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.” (1 Peter 2:9 NLT)
Through sanctification, women are reminded they are not defined by their past, but by the calling of God, set apart to radiate His light in a dark world.
Preserve — Kept by His Power
To be preserved is to be protected, sustained, and guarded by the faithful hand of God.
“The Lord keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.” (Psalm 121:7–8 NLT)
No matter what storms have raged, God has preserved your soul. Your survival is proof of His keeping power, and your future is held securely in His care.
Anoint — Empowered to Fulfill Destiny
To be anointed is to be chosen, empowered, and marked with divine authority for Kingdom impact.
“It is God who enables us, along with you, to stand firm for Christ. He has commissioned us, and he has identified us as his own by placing the Holy Spirit in our hearts.” (2 Corinthians 1:21–22 NLT)
Anointing is not just oil poured—it is the Spirit of God poured out, giving you the strength and authority to walk boldly into your destiny, breaking cycles of bondage and claiming victory in Christ.

About the Founder
Paulette April-Criddell is the visionary founder of The S.P.A. Experience, a Holy Spirit–inspired, Christ-centered movement dedicated to restoring the true identity of women who have endured brokenness, adversity, and loss.
Through her own journey of healing, Paulette received divine revelation to birth The S.P.A. Experience as a space of refuge, reflection, and restoration. Her heart beats for women to see themselves the way God sees them: chosen, worthy, and beautiful in His sight.
Her message is simple yet profound: Every scar has a story, and every story reveals His glory.
